We are a new practice in the Sloterdijk district. Experienced professionals, personal care, and easy to use digital services.
You can acces the building Vertical, the entrance is next to the mailboxes on your right side.
Anyone living in Amsterdam with postal code 1043 and 1014 can fill in the request form for registration.
Are you living in another postal code area? Please don’t call of mail us about getting you registered. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accomodate other postal codes in this moment.

Practical Information
For patients without a Dutch health care insurance, we use the NZA (Dutch Healthcare Authority) tariffs 2026:
- Consultation at the practice by phone or e-mail : €33,80
- Consultation at the practice by phone or e-mail over 20 minutes: €67,60
- Home visit: €50,70
- Home visit over 20 minutes: €84,50
Are you unable to keep an appointment?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will schedule a new appointment. If you do not let us know or if you cancel too late, we will charge you a late fee of €25. Please note that you pay this bill yourself and will not be reimbursed by your health insurance company.
For urgent matters outside opening hours – contact the General Practice Center at 088 – 00 30 600.
