I have been an all-round general practitioner since 1993. I worked in various places (A'dam West, Zwanenburg Amstelveen) and now started my own practice in Sloterdijk to build an innovative concept of providing personal care. I have extensive experience and am particularly interested in gynecology and sports medicine. I enjoy standing next to my patients, looking together at options and finding care that suits them best.

I am Jacqueline, an experienced medical assistant with extensive experience in both general practices and as an outpatient assistant in the hospital. I have traveled a lot and lived in different countries, which has allowed me to get to know many cultures. My work as a doctor's assistant has always interested me, and it is therefore a challenge that I am happy to take on again. I am enthusiastic about getting back to work in general practice Sloterdijk and using my experience and knowledge for the care of patients.

I am Charlotte and I work as a POH-GGZ in the practice. In my role, I communicate with people who are mentally struggling in their daily lives, primarily through digital means. Together, we assess whether we can resolve the issues or if additional/alternative support is needed. If necessary, I ensure the appropriate referral is made. I have a particular interest in anxiety disorders and the reasons behind why we behave the way we do.

Practical Information
For patients without a Dutch health care insurance, we use the NZA (Dutch Healthcare Authority) tariffs:
- Consultation at the practice by phone or e-mail : €35,15
- Consultation at the practice by phone or e-mail over 20 minutes: €67,01
- Home visit: €51,08
- Home visit over 20 minutes: €82,94
Are you unable to keep an appointment?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will schedule a new appointment. If you do not let us know or if you cancel too late, we will charge you a late fee of €25. Please note that you pay this bill yourself and will not be reimbursed by your health insurance company.
For urgent matters outside opening hours – contact the General Practice Center at 088 – 00 30 600.
