In our portal you have easy access to your file and you can arrange many things yourself, such as requesting a repeat prescription, viewing results and reading messages from your GP.
Practical Information
For patients without a Dutch health care insurance, we use the NZA (Dutch Healthcare Authority) tariffs 2026:
- Consultation at the practice, consultation by phone, or e-mail : €33,80
- Consultation at the practice,consultations by phone or e-mail over 20 minutes: €67,60
- Home visit: €50,70
- Home visit over 20 minutes: €84,50
Are you unable to attned your appointment?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will schedule a new appointment. If you do not let us know or if you cancel too late, we will charge you a late fee of €25. Please note that you pay this bill yourself and will not be reimbursed by your health insurance company.
For urgent matters outside opening hours – contact the Emergency General Practice Centre at 088 – 00 30 600.
