Start your preparations on time: ideally about four weeks before departure.
At Huisartsen Sloterdijk, you can receive professional travel advice and vaccinations. We work in collaboration with Reisprik, a specialist in travel health. In addition, you are welcome to contact us for occupational (company) vaccinations and other vaccinations.
If your health insurer covers the costs, we will submit the invoice directly on your behalf.
If the costs are not reimbursed, you can conveniently pay by debit card at our practice.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation. We kindly ask you to complete the intake form in advance, so we can provide you with the best possible advice.
