Registration at Our Practice
Patients who wish to register with our practice must have their residential address officially registered with the municipality.
Without a correct municipal registration, we are unable to complete the registration.
We will verify the registered address during the registration process.
For patients without a Dutch health care insurance, we use the NZA (Dutch Healthcare Authority) tariffs 2026:
Are you unable to keep an appointment?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will schedule a new appointment. If you do not let us know or if you cancel too late, we will charge you a late fee of €25. Please note that you pay this bill yourself and will not be reimbursed by your health insurance company.
